Product Catalog
One SKU master for everything: identifiers (SKU, UPC, alt barcodes, ASIN, vendor SKUs), cost/retail/MAP, weights and dimensions, images, parent-child variants, and kits whose inventory is derived from component availability. Case packs and multipacks link to the base SKU with a quantity multiplier, so one scan can receive a whole case. CSV import/export with a dry-run validation report.
The Inventory Ledger
Every quantity change is an append-only movement - receive, putaway, pick, pack, ship, adjust, transfer, return, damage, cycle-count. Balances are a derived projection updated in the same transaction and reconciled nightly against the ledger. Reservations are counted against available with row-level locking, so two orders can never both claim the last unit.
Purchasing & Receiving
POs flow draft → submitted → confirmed → received, with freight allocation and landed cost per line. Receiving is scan-driven with partial receipts, multiple sessions per PO, damaged receiving straight to a damaged bin, receive-without-PO behind manager approval, and a staging-to-putaway flow that suggests the bin and scan-confirms.
Scanner-First Warehouse (WMS)
Bin-level control with your existing label codes. Pick tasks route by bin order; single-order and batch picking. Packing scan-verifies every item with a hard block on wrong SKU or quantity before a label is bought. Idempotency keys on every scan endpoint make double-scans and flaky-WiFi retries safe.
Rate-Shopped Shipping
EasyPost, Shippo, and ShipStation together. Rate shopping queries every configured provider and applies your rules - by marketplace, warehouse, destination, weight, order value, or requested method - to pick cheapest, fastest, or a specific carrier. Multi-package shipments, void/reprint, and per-shipment cost tracking with a full quote log.
Amazon Channel Sync
SP-API order import, inventory push from your real derived available count, and tracking push - all throttle-aware. Channel sync never overwrites your inventory; it only creates orders and reservations. Walmart, eBay, and Shopify plug into the same adapter interface with no rework.
Controls, Audit & Multi-Tenancy
Granular role presets, approval workflows for high-risk actions, per-user TOTP MFA, PIN re-lock on shared scanner devices, and an immutable audit log on every mutating action. Every tenant is isolated at the query layer - org scoping is enforced automatically, not by remembering to filter.
